Underwhelming at best; Pushy flea market salesmen trying to sell bulk bought scrap for extortionate prices, warehouse souvenir shops lined with a multitude of the same designs, rude tour companies whistling at you for attention... The list goes on. Not much to do here in the evening unless you're in the mood to be a drunken lout ready to spend... More

If you love the hustle and bustle of the shops, the clubs, the bars and the restaurants then head over to Forum by Sea. The night life is always going from the Hard Rock, Carlos and Carlies to the shops in the Forum.

Easy to find and security was there along with a cleaning crew. There are a lot fun places to take a picture.

Wish I'd come earlier. Plenty of main stream mall stores and restaurants. Nice, bright, colorful atmosphere. Clean, modern, and wide open. Only downfall, vendors are allowed to solicit tourists in and around the shopping mall. Skip the Hard Rock Cafe.

This shop wanted to charge me a "service fee" to pay by cash... this was purely for the employee to put the xtra cash in his pocket!

We ate at the Hard Rock cafe, which is located inside of the mall. This is a nice and clean. modern mall. It has a few restaurant options, other than the Hard Rock. We browsed a little, but did our shopping elsewhere, since we were looking for typical Mexican souvenirs. There was a vendor that had the fish tanks that... More

Was walking around the area and stopped into Forum by the Sea - a multi level shopping center that was around half occupied when I visited. Nothing exciting - the typical time share and ticket hawkers when you walked into the building, which was annoying, and then really no stores to speak of. The largest store was the souvenir shop...
