This area is very big. There is an archaeology site that is well shaded and there are artifacts in the exhibit hall. The price is reasonable at 70 pesos a person

Very cool little museum to get a glimpse of Maya life and facts about the Maya. I learned more about the Maya and it was fascinating. If can take a break from partying, this is a must check out.

AIR conditioning. it is very warm in cancun this is a good way to cool off. The only complaint I have about this place is almost all the Museum displays are in spanish. So knowing only english I can only speculate at what everything was....More

Long overdue, there's a lot of history to be checked out. Many artifacts and the site is on a Mayan ruins. Take a look. Great for Adults and children alike.

Sorry, we do not know if there are guides or not. We do recall that English language signage has improved since the first year.

Bus drivers will nod "Yes" even if they don't speak English. It is part of being nice in Quintana Roo. Ask to get off at the Captains Cove, or Museo Maya de Cancun.

Yes, but if you stay in the hotel zone you can take a bus for less than $1.00 - extremely easy.
