I see the Q. Roo Tigres are playing Campeche the first part of this week. I'm a bit confused about game start times. Are they 7:00pm or 8:00pm thanks in advance

My wife and I are baseball fans and had heard about the Q Roo Tigres on line. We were staying in the Playa del Carmen area and after all the great reviews we read, couldn't wait to take in a game. From Playa del Carmen, you can take the local ADO bus into Cancun for $15 US for two people.... More

Thanks for sharing with us your opinion! It's a shame you couldn't enjoy the game because of the rain, but we are glad you can taste the local food and also visit de souvenir shop. We hope to see you at the next season, so you can actually enjoy the game. ¡Porque el beisbol es mejor, cuando juegan los Tigres! More

Come on out and cheer for the local Tigres. The box seats are generally sold out, but for a whopping $120 (and by $ I mean pesos, or less than $10 USD) you get to sit a couple rows back behind home plate. If you look a little unmexican like myself, you will get extra close attention and service. Even... More

I attended an evening baseball game watching the El Tigres, despite a lopsided win over Veracruz, it was quite enjoyable. The atmosphere was incredible. The cost was 120 pesos for for two seats, and even with my limited Spanglish, I communicated with the Mexican fans who were having a blast. Some of the food was curious to me but the... More

We were wandering around Cancún and stumbled across the Beto Avila stadium behind Walmart. The gates were open and there was nobody around so we had a wander round and found the schedule and the ticket prices. The most expensive ticket was $150MX (just over $9 or £6) and the Tigres had a home series for the week so we... More

It's a nice way to spend an evening, the food is good, so are the games. They play from April to beginning of August. It's something different in Cancun but it's fun.

We had a little problem buying tickets at the gate due to our lack of Spanish. Pretty little triple A stadium. Tons of home made food and drinks mixed right in the stands if you want. The Cancun team is very good this year.
