Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This resort is amazing. We loved everything about it! The food was delicious. Drinks were top notch. The service everywhere was very good from the beach to the housekeeping.

I think it is a great place to go dinning or go out at night. But I stayed here for long time during my vacations and I don't think it was a good choice for me.
Next time will choose somewhere more quiet

A beautiful and long boulevard lined with many resorts and green areas filled with palms. Nice to walk through during the day and night. Many restaurants, casinos and stores.

The longest avenue in Cancun will take you point A to B in Cancun. Public buses readily available. It costs $12 pesos (Dec.2021) to ride each way. It is worth to see the local landscape outside of your hotel.

We do not blame tourists for thronging this place. The blame should go to policy of not tackling all sorts of bad deals and behavior going on in this avenue. Surely, the place could be cleaned up. Also, garbage all over the streets.

Well, the Avenida Kukulkan is the main street running all the way Zona Hoteliera. It derives its name from the Maya feathered deity who had super natural powers.
However, the boulevard is not of particular tourist interest. It's rather a long driving street with hotels dotted along it, some shopping malls and restaurants (who I wonder how they manage to survive, as almost all hotels around are all inclusive).
I also didn't find it interesting for walking as it doesn't pass by the sea, but by concrete monster hotels.

Nice street to walk to main area. Busses travel all around the area for $1.00, pesos are best to use.
