Our second time to visit this place. And it never ceases to amaze all of us!!! Friendly and accommodating staffs. Said gave us the best tour of the place with their segway facility. Jose Luis Alvarez was the funniest and friendliest host ever. Pepe (manager), always tries his best to give us the best deal, and Alexandra (kids club) looked... More

The hotel sits on a 300 acre ecopark which has a balance of relaxation and activities. The staff were excellent. When you arrive you're greeted with a tamarine margarita. Once you check in a host explains the activities and restaurants available to you. From snorkeling in the natural springs, to a bike ride or kayak tour. The hotel is impeccable,... More

Loved it. The staff amazing. There was nothing I ever wanted for. The kids always had something to do. Swimming, bike rides (Alejandra best guide ever). I can't wait to go back. Would recommend not going in July. I was told by most of the staff the Fall and Winter are the best times.

This is not our first time here, we are members, and we try to come here every year. This time, we stayed for 8 days and every morning and afternoon we had Claudio taking care of us during breakfast and lunch. He always made sure we were well taken care. He even went above and beyond with my request (like... More

This resort was best for the park activities and the activities staff was fantastict. We want to give a special shout out to Alejandro Guillen for excellent service on the segway tours, outside pool activities and kids Spanish lessons. He is really smart and works extremely well with kids. Our family could not get enough of Alejandro. Also, we want... More

Many things to do here, swim with dolphins, lazy river, big pools, no lines, not like in the US. I forget how much it costs but it was not expensive.

Tres Rios was very beautiful. Lots of activities and special events. The staff went overboard to be accommodating. Sergio,Cony, Karla, Silverio and Magaly were the best wait persons by the pool. We didn't even have to ask and they brought us another drink! Esteban Azamar, Cris and Steve in activities made everything so much fun. Our last night was Caribbean... More

1 more relaxing peaceful trip to Tres Rios. Once again the staff went above and beyond to make us feel like it is our home. Special thanks to Silverio at the pool bar and Anres who always smiled and led all the fun activities. Maggy and Cony would be at our side before the ice could melt in our drinks.... More

Overall, the service was fantastic and the resort was beautiful. We would love to stay here again. The Chef's Tasting was kind of disappointing (probably not worth the extra $$). Cony and Santiago at the pool bars were very friendly and professional and provided amazing service. The pizza was probably the best food on the resort. The Martini Bar was... More
