What is there to say? Just go and soak in the beauty of it all...carved wood covered in gold leaf. Beautiful wooden doors and vistas looking out onto the various vendors. The cultural museum is attached, but know it is closed on Mondays. The plaza...More

Beautiful church which is worth a visit. I enjoyed especially taking pictures of it from the outside. Also visiting the neighbouring convent is a good experience - with views on the botanical garden-

This cathedral easily rivals or surpasses the elaborate beauty of any of the cathedrals in Europe. Definitely worth seeing!!

Well worth visiting as its extremely elaborate decor is well preserved by the government and it’s most certainly a must see in the State of Oaxaca.

The best guide ever is Omar Lescas Diaz. His English is wonderful and he knows "all" the history of the area. It may not be worth his while to do one building like this. He is excellent for Monte Alban and the natural tour... More
