I visited KidsZania Cuicuilco with my kids age 9 and 12. Lots of lines and general chaos, they gave no explanation of how the place worked so my kids spent most of their time frustrated. They had earned a pile of "money" that they were...More

Kidzania is a unique concept with tons of potential but still needs to conduct a thorough customer journey on parents. The place is too crowded in summer, music volume too high, chaotic line control, very bad processes and logistics, several games without attendance, no vegetarian...More

This is a great place for kids and my son, who is 7 absolutely loved it. It was a shock to walk in and see, what is basically, a mini shopping mall for little people. The children exchange their ticket for some cash that they...More

Great place for kids! Fabulous concept and reasonable price. Well organized and extremely safe. The only issue is if your kids don't speak Spanish. At least the staff is very kind and allows u to go with your kids and help to translate from Spanish...More

We loved taking our 6 and 10 year old to this city. The whole experience was very rewarding for the kids since they got to experience "working " and earning money while still having fun. My 10 year old even ended up taking driving lessons...More

I went in blind and came out 5D! Imagine a land where the streets are spotless, air is fresh, and little ones walking and driving around you. In uniform, fighting fires and making food; depositing money in the bank and paying taxes. Shopping in a...More

Management is generally non-responsive. The website offers English language but no one answering the phone speaks English, and if you ask for an English speaker they hang up on you. Their own media states that they offer some programs in English but it seems impossible...More

Time seems to have frozen in several areas that still
remain true to what Tlalpan once was, but the clock is
still ticking in the relaxed environment that makes it
the perfect neighborhood for friends, couples and
families who love to explore at their own pace. Plaza
de la Constitución is where everyone gathers on
weekends to listen to live music and where some of the
best coffee shops, restaurants and bookstores satisfy

Hi Kristi - we did - you just need to walk back to the main road and you'll find a taxi. There were some on the corner already waiting but we just missed them so flagged one down. Hope this helps. Jane

Not sure, my kids were 4 and 6, and some of the activities were not for them... and by the way as my kids didn't speak Spanish, it was quite difficult for them to enjoy.
