My husband and I attended a 5 o'clock Sunday performance at the Arena Mexico . We were accompanied by our two grandchildren and their parents. The children are nine-year-old boy and a seven-year-old girl. We ordered our tickets online from Ticketmaster and picked them up at the will call. We arrived about an hour before hand . We were allowed... More

The most fun we had! Its wrestling at its finest. There's beer delivered to your seats along with tortas and chips. The wrestlers have amazing costumes. Its like WWE but better!!!

This was the worst 2 hours I've spent on a vacation in my life. It was so bad, I felt embarrassed for all the actors. Tickets are cheap and it's Mexican culture, but those are the only positives that I can think of.

The best thing I did in Mexico was go and see the Mexican Wrestling! Was amazing! Dont worry about prebooking tickets, simply rock up and buy at the door. We got mid price tickets and were amazing! eye level to the ring! Each 'fight' goes for about 30min and is fun for the whole family! Note: they dont allow cameras... More

Don't miss that! Even our kids enjoyed the show. Nice way to experience local culture. Even though those fights are show, it's still a fascinating performance

This was one of our favorite activities! 4 matches that gradually had better production value, including the dancing girls before each match. Drinks, snacks, and luchador masks can be bought from your seats at very reasonable prices. It is everything you would hope it would be. Hokey drama, acrobatics, pageantry, glitter, sequins, and asskickery...and midgets. Our son LOVED it! And... More

We went to see Lucha Libre on a Friday night, and it was just about the most fun I've ever had! I bought front row tickets online and they were about $20 per person. The line at will call (line 5 seems to be where they ushered all Americans to) was long, but we didn't arrive terribly early and we... More

Lucha Libre is a must (it’s so outrageous and entertaining, you won’t regret it for a second) and, despite what some may say, Arena Mexico is completely safe and accessible without paying for an overpriced tour. We (two women in our 20s and 60s) took the metrobus from downtown and had to walk just one block to the venue. On... More

When my daughter said this was a "must-do" part of our trip, I could barely contain my laughter. But it was actually a lot of fun, in a hokey, "I hope no one I know sees me here" kind of way. The action was very predictable and obviously put-on (to say it looked 'rehearsed' gives rehearsing a bad name), and... More

Lucha Libre was on my Husband's "must do" list in Mexico City, and Im so glad we went. We had such a great time! I recomment arriving at least 30 mins before the start time to allow enough time to get tickets. We purchased ours online through Ticketmaster but still had to line up in a general line for collection,... More
