The church is impressive and near one of the silver mines. Pay a visit and then head on down to the mine to hear the story behind this church and why it's decorated in head-to-toe in gold.

There are three alters, one in the nave and two in the transepts. Each is 3-stories high, baroque heavily ornamented, and decorated in gold leaf. Amazing! This church celebrates the mother lode of silver discovered next door,

This temple will take your breathe away when you step inside. Located in the mining town, the ornate walls are amazing. Two ornate walls are covered in 23 karat gold.
