You must visit Teatro Degollado if you are visitting Guadalajara... It's not only about its beautifull architecture, this place can also teach you a lot about Mexican culture and history... It's also located near other excellent places.

This is a must-see place in El Centro Guadalajara. We have gone here a number of times for beautiful concerts. This has the look of a classic opera house. We highly recommend it.

Easily got two of the best seats in the house to see ooera Streetcar Named Desire. Beautiful classic_designed opera house. Excellent acoustics. You can go in casual or formal clothes. It's opera for the masses

yes. you can enter unescorted or with a tour if you're on one. we hired a private guide for 4 hours to walk us around the old city and give us the history.

The Festival is held the first 10 days of September. Events all over the City, but the most significant are in Centro area. An excellent hotel within walking distance is Hotel Morales.
