The engineering of this building, for it's time, is unbelievable. The history was a little troubling. Will do more research now that we know it exists.

We visited San Blas, and decided to go to cerro de la contaduría, where this beautiful old place is located, not much to see, but the remains of this church are great, it is worth the visit.

Must visit. Nice and safe place. Only a dollar to get in. Well 10 pesos. No charge for children. Take mosquito repellent. Lots of good stories from the staff.

The whole fort area in San Blas is beautiful and enlightening. But we especially enjoy this architecture of this old colonial church.
