Good variety

It was a nice way to spend some time on a Saturday morning. There was a good variety of products and a nice mix to vendors - enjoyable people to chat with.

Loved this market. Sure it caters to the tourists but you can find everything you need for a healthy week's worth of grocery. From the fresh fruit and vegetables to organic cheese and jam. The breads are delicious. And so are the fresh juices. Made me wish I lived in. PV!

By chance, we found ourselves at this market. The juice stand "Refresca" was my favorite. There was quite good food stands, fruit & sweets vendors, handcraft artists. Go and discover this place which is very close to Malecon in Zona Romantica. Find out what you will like there.

This was our first stop on our vacation and we were a bit disappointed to find it closed on a Saturday morning when it should have been open. Our literature showed it open year around, so not sure what was happening but you may want to check with your concierge to make sure it's still open. But not a big... More

Have been coming to PV for years but have never gone to the Saturday co op. This market has a bit of everything for every type of shopper. The prices vary from inexpensive to moderate. You can bargain somewhat but vendors have a ceiling. It is a nice way to spend an early Saturday morning. This market is family friendly... More

Saturday morning from 9am to 2pm, this market is a must visit! Great vendors with amazing food, local artisans and great entertainment. Karen Mical Designs was my favorite with color, original jewellry at reasonable prices. Be sure to stop by and enjoy this market.

Thanks for the great review but this market has been closed for a couple of years now. The market you are looking for is the Old Town Farmers Market. :) More

Thanks for the lovely review, but the Saturday Market Co-op located at the old Paradise Community Center across from Coco's Kitchen has been closed for two years. :) They are building a condo on the site. More

The Saturday Market at Cardenas park is a marvel....a small but good selection of fresh cut flowers, lots of handicrafts of all kinds, enormous selection of food: bread, honey, sauces, pastas, pastries, sausages. Makes cooking in your condo a breeze. So popular in January you can hardly move if you arrive at mid-morning.

Such a diverse offering of art, food, clothing, books, you name it... It takes an hour or so to fully take it all in. Every local food imaginable - try the freshly made bread by the loaf. Amazing. It's just a fun place to wander and gawk at people and a plethora of interesting folks selling interesting stuff. Eye candy!
