Great walk and nice beach side restaurants. Tons of vendors so make sure and bargain to get the best price! They hard sell so also be prepared to say no again and again.

Is there a place for my husband to sit and enjoy the scenery as I shop? He is handicapped but does not use a wheelchair.

The boardwalk has several benches in front of the shopping areas. The ground is flat and paved. Many benches are under trees, so good shade.
Are there tours for this? What does everyone recommend?

Hi Alisha, There should be a bus (white & blue stripes) says : CENTRO this one will take you there. I believe you pay about 7.50 pesos. (Less thank a buck) Hope this helps
