My husband and I saw this place on a local tourist map, and I was curious and really wanted to go. It was in a mostly residential area. The price I had seen on the website was incorrect and the actual price was double that....More

Place is great they have a lot of different reptiles even a large crocodile. There's also a birds exhibit where you can walk in and be with the birds and take pictures. This is also a rescue so they have injured animals that they rehabilitate...More

The main purpose of this mini-petting zoo seems to be the rehabilitation and release of injured local creatures. They do take in non-local injured wild animals, as well as feature some non-local reptiles that "draw in the people" as the lady explained to us. For...More

Arrived 45 minutes before closing. No guide. No tour. No animal food. No informative talk. Good attempt to keep animals healthy and happy. Some cages, especially the alligator, seemed too small. Don't expect too much. Didn't mind seeing and paying for animal rehab.

We mentioned to a local that we hoped to visit the Serpentario, and she told us to skip it. My husband, our 18 year old daughter, and I went anyway and WE HAD THE BEST TIME! The admission was very cheap, and little dishes of...More

We were greeted by wild parrots who sounded as though they were laughing up in the palm trees. The grounds are covered with trees and flowers and the exhibits were well cared for. The reptiles and birds looked healthy and there was a wide variety...More
