The team at Fairways and FunDays are excellent, and I cannot recommend them enough! Please, if you’re thinking of golfing in Ireland, which contains so many beautiful, world-class golf courses, along with legendary Irish hospitality, get in touch with Fairways and FunDays and they will use their expertise and hard work to put together a very reasonably priced package tailored to your desires.
During my trip arranged and booked by Fairways and FunDays, I played courses I’ve wanted to play for such a long time - Tralee, Waterville, Dooks and Ballybunion (all in County Kerry), and stayed in Scott’s Hotel in Killarney. What a thoroughly enjoyable experience! Each of the staff at these courses are so welcoming and hospitable, and the golf courses themselves are mind-blowingly amazing! The layout, the surrounding Irish scenery, the quality of fairways and greens, the design, the clubhouses etc. etc. are so so good.
The quality of service, food and room at Scott’s Hotel is also excellent, and during these days of pandemic, the health and safety of staff and guests is taken very seriously. The location of the hotel chosen by Fairways and FunDays is just perfect, being central to each of the golf courses on my itinerary.
In summary, if you’re thinking of golfing in Ireland, simply get in touch with Fairways and FunDays and let them plan a truly memorable golfing experience for you.

A group of 4 travelled to Sligo and played 3 fantastic courses on the west coast (Enniscrone, Rosses Point and Strandhill). We had a good location in Sligo town and the Glasshouse Hotel was ideal for our trip, serving excellant food at breakfast and dinner.
The three courses we played were magnificant and we would 100% recommend Fairways and Fundays again. Phil and Marie were excellant to deal with and replied to every query within hours. The whole trip was great value and stress free, as everything was pre-booked and pre-paid. We would highly recommend Fairways and Fundays!

From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Fairways and Fundays. The level of service is top notch even when Covid forced some late changes. Nothing was an issue for the guys. Our group was 24 and we played 3 fine courses in Sligo and stayed in the town centre. Having booked with other providers previously, what sets Fairways and Fundays apart is their attention to detail, the little touches, the quality of prizes and the value for money.

A group of 8 of us were looking to go golfing for a couple of days in Killarney. My brother recommended I contact Phil of Fairways and Fundays (he had used them for a similar trip in Sligo). It turned out to be a great recommendation. They were excellent from start to finish. Super organised, fast, efficient and flexible - this proved very important with our group!
We had 2 night in Scotts Hotel right in the heart of Killarney, with golf in Killeens on the Friday and Dooks on Saturday. Some of our group only wanted to golf on one day and Phil was great in accommodating that element. Killeens was great on the Friday, but it was raining heavily so a bit hard going. On the Saturday Dooks was dry as a bone and absolutely stunning. The breakfast and food in general in the hotel was excellent - we had dinner there on the Friday night.
Overall, it was a really enjoyable break and it was excellently organised by Phil and Marie in Fairways and Fundays

My family and friends have just returned from a group tour to the West of Ireland that we booked through Fairways and FunDays - wow, what an unforgettable experience.
Fairways and FunDays made this a tour to remember with great golf, amazing accommodation, luxury transport and lots of surprises including a beautiful gift on arrival. Our group of 25 (golfers and non-golfers) enjoyed every second of our time in this spectacular part of Ireland.
We cannot recommend Fairways and FunDays highly enough for anyone considering a golf or sightseeing break in Ireland. An amazing experience.

As sole organiser for our group of 10 - I found fairways & fundays extremely professional & helpful in ensuring all aspects of booking arrangements hotel & golf went smoothly .
I relied fully on their experience & they were not found wanting.
They kept in touch with me over many months & even on our trip checked with me that all was well
I was very impressed & told my friends on our trip who were equally impressed with the whole experience
Tks so much & if we take another trip fairways & fundays will be first !!!

We had delayed this trip for several years due to Covid. We were pleased at how receptive Paul was to allowing us to bump this for multiple years and still maintaining the original itinerary.
We arrived and met our Driver Willie and a representative from Fairways and Fundays. After introductions and an offer to grab a coffee before getting underway both grabbed our clubs and whisked us to the van.
Spacious vehicle with snacks and beverages provided. We traveled to Killarney and Willie our Driver made adequate stops and we enjoyed a small town pub for a late lunch and did a castle tour on our way to Killarney.
Accommodations in all locations were very good and the breakfasts that are provided exceeded our expectations.
We played Trailee, Bally Bunion, Waterville, Traveled to Kinsale, Played Old Head and lastly The Royal Dublin. We did have 4 consecutive days of golf. We are not spring chickens and are not great golfers so we had more steps then some groups. We felt our age by day 3 of the golf. We adapted to hitting the ADVIL, Before , During and After the round. It was still worth it!
Golf course staff was great to work with and very personable. We had Caddies and had double carries for four of the rounds and Single carries for one round. We had Caddies as young as 17 and a few that were 60+ years of age. We were spoiled by having them read putts and they knew the breaks. Worth every penny and if you are coming all this way take a Caddie so you have a unique golf experience.
The views on some of these courses was part of the whole experience. Keep your camera handy as you will want to snap photos.
Dublin had a lot to do. We enjoyed the Guinness tour and took the light rail to Howth which was a small coastal town.
We had a great time with Willie and we consider him a friend more then our driver.
Fairways and Fundays does it right. They have great staff and vendors to ensure you have an extraordinary experience!

I can’t rank F&F high enough- service, communication and organisational have been first class all the way through the process.
F&F handled all our hotel and golf bookings and also handled some extra requests that we throw in, with the minimum of fuss and maximum efficiency.
Everything ran like clockwork, we even received some trophies and prizes for our trip.
Would have no hesitation in recommending this company, Phil and Catherine were first class and will be our tour operator for any future trip to The Emerald Isle.
F&F handled all our hotel and golf bookings and also handled some extra requests that we throw in, with the minimum of fuss and maximum efficiency.
Everything ran like clockwork, we even received some trophies and prizes for our trip.

I've traveled a lot. I'm a million miler on 3 different airlines, and have vacationed with National Geographic, Abercrombie, Tauck, etc. Nobody has done a better job than Fairways and Fundays. There were zero issues with transfers and accomodations. I highly recommend paying for a driver; Tommy was perfect and we gladly gave him a generous tip. These people know golf, and they really know Ireland. 5 Stars++.

The Team in Fairways and Fun days made organising the trip as easy as possible, I could recommend them enough.!!! We played Ballybunion Old and New and Tralee, staying in Tralee at the Meadowlands Hotel. Already planning the trip for next September !
