O.K. trail, just make sure you're o.k. to walk back up

We started out at the top of the trail (unknowingly) and started to head downhill. While it isn't very technical or rugged,, it is constantly downhill so unless you have a ride... read more

Over breakfast we decided that this Robison's falls that we'd been told of was worth a visit and so struck out on our little adventure. The falls themselves are rather impressive although the sewerage works down the road aren't. After taking a few pictures ( We don't get many waterfall in Buckinghamshire) we continued on down the trail. Luckily we... More

Most of this trail is nice and easy, in general very pleasant afterwards some difficulties start. That's all okay as long as you have good shoes and you're fit. The biggest problem is - there was poison ivy on a way. Both of us - me and my friend who went there ended up with severe rash, swelling all over the... More

We was recomended trail 9 by our hotel and without having read the reviews here we walked it. We are not experienced hikers and we had on regular sneakers and we walked the trail in 2 hrs. There is trees in the way you have to go over or under but we only found it fun. In the end it... More

We started out at the top of the trail (unknowingly) and started to head downhill. While it isn't very technical or rugged,, it is constantly downhill so unless you have a ride arranged to get you back up from the bottom/end, be sure that you can make it back up. We turned around at some point so not sure how... More

Despite asking directions several times, we couldn't find the trail to Robinson Falls. Oh well, we had a walk anyway and doesn't sound like we missed a lot.

Trail 9 was a fairly unimpressive walk as was Robinson Falls. You can continue further down the trail along the river which we did for about half hour but the jungle vegetation was dense, there are no views. Maybe if you keep going it will open up but I don't know. We looked for but couldn't find the 9A trail... More

The track is interesting, a small path, some climbing and descending parts, some indications to show what kind of trees we met, a small river, singing birds and sometimes birds to spot and snap on the photo. Preferable wear long trousers, many mosquitos at dawn. Worthwhile to walk this track

Today, me and my boyfriend attempted to complete trail 9 on the back of a recommendation. We TripAdvisor EVERYTHING before booking/visiting etc however, due to this guy providing detailed advice we did not on this one occasion. The trail in general is disappointing; it is muddy, overgrown, unsafe and requires a lot of climbing. My biggest concern is safety. We... More

Waterfall is just 5 min walk from road, but if you see a man or even dogs, dont go further, just turn around and forget about this trail. Better just dont event try to go! I read before the scary reviews, but we decided just to take a look at the waterfall. We saw a man lying on the ground... More

It's a nice walk in the beginning. Robinson Falls is beautiful. The trail became wet and slippery along the way. A lot of fallen trees blocking the path. Almost impossible to climb over, risk of falling or bruising your ankle. A major landslide near the end made us turn back and escape the jungle through farmland. Once escaped, you're close... More
