I think this poor tower knows it has had its time in the spotlight and it is stuck at 7 o'clock. Area around is bustling and happy and someone should cheer up this poor clock tower by giving it a good review.

Love seeing the bustling of Nakhon Phanom locals. The market is suitable for food lover and fashionista. It does carry a few pub and restaurant for night owls. It is quite a scene to spend time along Mekong River.

It's nothing special and not really worth visiting unless you pass by on the street. Just a clock tower that is nothing special.

It's near the boat pier to cross into / from Laos (Thai and Lao only; foreigners must cross the bridge some distance north of the town). There's not much to see in this vicinity. It's more picturesque farther north along the river.
