On top of a hill and overlooking the harbour - also about the only tourist attraction in ardrossan. Rather neglected though with poor signage and poor maintenance. Good views across to the islands and beaches.

Great ruins set on a hill with amazing views of Arran and beyond. Surrounding ground has a swingpark and picnic tables.
Quite a steep walk up and uneven ground around the ruins, wear sensible footwear.
