Crystal clear water. White sand. Easy to get to after leaving the cruise ship went straight to taxi stand where they brought us to Cabbage Beach. Cost was 4 dollars per person each way. Rented umbrella and two chairs for 35 dollars. ( Negotiated price)....More

No it's public beach. There will be locals there trying to rent you chairs sell drinks etc. But you can go down to a hotels beach and order drinks of the beach wait staff. They will serve you for cash.
