This beach is ok. It’s close to the cruise port. They have a few outdoor restaurants. You can walk and from the cruise port and visit Arwalk Cay (fish fry) place. Take the #10 bus to other beaches if you had time.

A must do Stop if your in Nassau on a cruise ship The beach is clean and the water is crystal clear And Don't forget to stop at the Tiki Bikini Hut for the best libations on the BEACH!
We came on a cruise with MSC Divina. We took ourselves on a self guided walking tour around the city (The cruise port has free maps) Everything is within walking distance, but the terrain is steep in places. We went to Junkanoo Beach early afternoon,...More
Nice place, nice beach, plenty of places to eat while you are here. right on the outskirts of town. We loved it just to walk around.
This is a great beach to chill close to fish fry and downtown which are good tourist spots. There is a tiki bar there that has great cheap drinks and shots. Side note just be careful of your belongings when your going into the water...More
Junky little beach within walking distance of the cruise ships. Showers and bathrooms, but no good food; just stands of drinks. There is little green water here; mostly dark blue water filled with kelp. If you have time, there are much prettier beaches at Cable...More
This is a busy little strip of beach. It's not particularly scenic and can get crazy if there are five ships in port... However, it is easy to walk to and food and drinks are readily available. So if you're trying to cram a lot...More

This beach is small, non-scenic & the sands are junky. Its a very long walk from the ship dock & shopping district. The beach-front merchant sheds do offer some great drinks & food at reasonable prices.
Junkanoo Beach is a nice clean beach and has everything you need close by. Food, souvenirs and drinks all on the beach. For $15, we rented two chairs and that was great. You don’t have to but I’d spend the money, the sand gets everywhere!!...More
