So you've been to Nassau before, or maybe you just want to try something different besides the Atlantis water park and the beaches. Well, The Pirates of Nassau is a good option. Located within walking distance from the cruise ship terminal (4 blocks to the left and 2 block into the city) you'll come onto a dark red building which... More

It's nice. Very informative and interesting. I would recommend it. One part is dark and can be a bit scary for smaller children.

This was a fun little spot to take the kids and let them see what Nassau was like during the Golden Age of Pirates. The information was thorough and the props were very well done. I highly recommend taking the tour here. It's a little hard to hear the narrative but other than that you should really like it.

We were quite disappointed with this as we love the history of pirates, enjoy museums and it has been rated so highly on here. The staff are friendly and the museum has had care taken over it, however, there is an awful lot of reading involved and not a great deal of varied interactivity; I couldn't imagine taking a child... We made a day of walking to some local attractions in Nassau on a recent cruise stop. We started our day at the Pirate Museum. We have a ten year old son, who is as interested in pirates as any kid. We enjoyed the museum. We took the time to read all of the signs and discuss the exhibits. I'm... More

This museum/adventure is a quick walk from the cruise port. Price of admission for two adults and two children was under $40. It's a self-guided tour which is great if you want to take it easy and read all the information throughout the museum. The replica pirate ship walkthrough was pretty cool and the displays did a nice job or... More

Very educational. Wife and I stopped in to kill some time. Glad that we did. The young lady at the counter was very friendly. It's worth the money. Takes about 20-30 minutes. Plus has great AC.

The museum was fun. It was almost scary because it was so dark when walking thru. You were kind of waiting for someone to jump out at you.
