Beautiful building and picture spot

Located just off the main shopping street near the cruise port exit area. This is a beautiful building with lots of history. Good picture spot. Lots of history in this area.

We did not go in, but the grounds are interesting and the view of the city is exceptional. Guards were very polite. I would be very interested to see inside but we ran out of time.

E had just few minutes stop. The building was old but very nice historical. Good to know Nassau's history. Please stop by there. It's walking distance from dock.

We just happened upon this building as we explored Nassau. It is very pretty and interesting to see another county's government building.

Good looking Colonial pink building with Canons and a statue of Queen Victoria. When not debating with fellow lawmakers in the House of Assembly which is the pink building to the right of this one, the Senate works out of the brightly coloured Senate Building to give the Parliament House its proper title, which is in the centre of Parliament... Stop 1 on a self-guided walking tour we created for downtown Nassau, Bahamas, while there aboard Royal Caribbean's Harmony of the Seas. Interesting to walk by if for no other reason than to think about the scaled-down nature of small countries. Parliament House feels more like where a successful doctor would live than where a country would be governed. And... More

I looked around the outside of the House of Parliament. I've noticed the color pink of the Parliament Building. Never went inside the building. Very historical on the outside and very pretty.

I thought the House of Parliament in Nassau was pretty. The square itself was nice as well. I did not go inside or anything, but walked past a few times, and enjoyed stopping for a minute to look at the colorful buildings. It really was nothing spectacular that is a must! But I feel if you are down town you... More

My wife and I enjoyed a nice vacation in Paradise Island, Bahamas. We went to the House of Parliament in Nassau. This site is also refereed to as Parliament Square. You get to see a nice view of the Bahamas House of Assembly, Senate Building and Supreme Court.

Parliament Square is more of a location or destination than a place you can hang out. Its significate is that it’s where the government of the Bahamas governed years ago and still meet today. We could not go in to see inside, but you can’t go to down town Bay Street without passing it. You will see it on your... More
