When you are visiting Nassau, this street is not to be missed or under estimated. Located close to the cruise port, if you are in the market for local cusine and hand-made gifts this is the place to shop.

It is much less expensive to get things here rather than Paradise Island. When at the Straw market the sellers will harass you but if you walk away they with take the price down. SO always remember, DONT PAY FULL PRICE! even in the jewelry

Make sure you have comfortable shoes for walking. The sidewalks are narrow and when the cruise ships are in it is very busy. If you are interested in Breitling watches the folks at the Breitling Boutique were exceptional. There is also a very large straw...More

small and cheap, great for grandkids gift. As I have always heard, you get what you pay for!!!!They use it for a gemic to get you in the store. OK for us, we get ALL the free we can and gift it out to the grandkids.
