The hike is easy but Leinster bay itself is nothing spectacular - you go there to swim out to Waterlemon Cay which is amazing. If you weren't going for that reason stop at Maho beach instead. I swam around Leinster Bay as I had heard...More

the hike is more of a walk, I wear my tevas. I recommend swimming around the entire waterlemon island. we like to start on the right side and come back on the left (if swimming from shore) the right side has really neat coral but...More

This is our favorite that we combine every year with the great trail walk and then long snorkel out to and around Wterlemon Cay.Saw turtles, Eagle Ray barracuda and every array of fish you could desire. Something so beautiful and pristine and natural.Well worth the...More

The hike is flat - follows along the coast. It is not sandy at all - no problems wearing traditional hiking shoes and socks. We took the trail to the end - and then started snorkeling from the rocky area southeast of the cay. Some...More

We happened upon this beautiful trail following around a little bay. It was so serene and peaceful. There was a quiet little beach where we saw turtles poking through the water. Very nice walk with a great ocean breeze.

This beach is mostly rocks and you will need to walk almost the full length of the beach to get to the small sandy portion. The bay is large though a little choppy. Annaberg ruins sit atop the cliff and Watermelon Cay sits on the...More

A pleasant water-side hike to a snorkeling spot. Saw sea turtles and a wide variety of fish and fan coral.

Decent spot for beginners to snorkeling. It takes roughly 15-20 mins to hike (walk) from the car park to a decent point where one can snorkel out to a decent isle/reef. Shoes are essential for the walk, and I would recommend reef or beach shoes...More

Getting to Leinster Bay requires a decent hike but it's more manageable than the one to Salomon Beach. You can also see ruins here - supposedly the second set of ruins further out is better than the first, but we only saw the first set....More
