My wife and I agree that this is hands down the best beach that we have every been on and we have been on dozens and dozens around the world. Clean, brilliant white soft sand and crystal clear water. Very few waves and quite shallow...More

This is one of many gorgeous beaches in the Virgin Island. You can snorkel Trunk bay without putting your head under water, Clear, blue and absolutely breathtaking. I have been to many beautiful beaches. Some as beautiful as Trunk but none more beautiful.

This was the first beach we visited during our trip to St. John and I'm glad we made it our first stop. Perfect setting for relaxing after a long day of travel. If you are looking for more snorkeling, hit Waterlemon Cay & Maho Bay.

Let me start by saying that this is not a good beach to snorkel. I am sure it was at some time but now, not so much. On the flip side, this is an amazing beach. Nice shade trees, great facilities (showers, bathrooms, rentals, food,...More

There is a food truck, alcohol bar, snorkel rental, bathrooms and showers- it has the most amenities of any of the St. John beaches. Because of this- it can be hard to find parking. Always plenty of space on the sand for everyone, so if...More

The cruise ship was in st Thomas I got a private car to drive us to the ferry port and then on a boat over to St. John where it took about 10/15min drive to the beach.

No snack bar available as of 7-26-2018 visit. Can rent gear and chairs, tho. Have to return them by 3:30. They shut it down at 4 and turn the water off so no showers or restrooms after 4pm.
