Very nice beach park with new amenities. It is a five dollar per person fee to enter the beach park and a two dollar parking fee. You can drive down drop your stuff off then go back up and park, it is a short walk down. We had alot of fun snorkel around looking at the Stingrays. There are some... More

Based on other reviews we went to Lindquist Beach expecting it to be over the top. Nothing at all wrong with it, but it just didn't live up to the hype. I'd suggest Trunk Bay on StJohn.

We just happened up this Park and was pleasantly surprised. The prettiest beach around. It was peaceful and quiet. It cost $5 per person and $2 to park but worth it. Picnic tables and shade trees were available. You need to bring your own food and chairs. Going back prepared tomorrow!!

We had just arrived on the island and chose to visit one of our favorite locations first off. Lindquist beach is truly beautiful.. Very natural and pristine. Some people locally refer to it as Smith Bay Beach. They have built a new parking lot if you care to drive there, but the local safari will get you there from downtown... More

Having been to many beaches in the Caribbean (and living near some of the finest), I'd say Lindquist is easily among the top 5, if not top 3 beaches in the Caribbean (after Varadero, Cuba and Flamenco, Puerto Rico). It may take some time to get there, and you may (or may not) be charged a $5 entrance fee per... More

Crystal blue calm water, decent snorkeling, basic amenities like bathrooms and foot washes. There are plenty of shaded areas if you want to get out of the sun and this beach is never very crowded.

This is by far the best beach on the island in my opinion. Calm water good snorkeling quiet not a lot of people and blue water as you can get!

Breathtaking beach. A little hard to find. Smiths Bay Quite area. Met some wonderful people from St Thomas. By far the best day of our trip.

This may be the best beach I have ever been to, and I have been to many. There are trees for shade if desired. There are shower, foot wash, and bathrooms for users of the beach, approximately a 2 block walk. The beach is very deserted which is great. The water is very clear and warm. There is a reef... More

We found this beach two years ago and made sure we came back on this latest trip. They have parking ($2) and per guest fees ($5 each). It is chump change for what you get. First, there was a lifeguard on duty and a policeman/security guy on patrol. There are picnic tables for you to use for lunch, all in... More
