The view is worth it!

We did not find the shop to very exciting, it is just your average tourist shop. But the view of Mangens Bay made it more than worth the trip!

Typical tourist place with mucho tourist stuff, i.e. t-shirts, hats, coffee cups, bottles of rum - mostly low end stuff; all of which can be skipped. The view down into Magens Bay is great and that is the one attraction. On a clear day, you probably can see Russia from there. The ride up can be interesting given the steep... More

After a long uphill twisty turny drive we arrived at Mountain Top! It is essentially a place to buy cheap trinkets but the view from the deck is well worth the travel!!! It would be nice if they offered food in the form of a small cafe but all they offer is alcohol.

This is the essential tourist trap that you need to visit - if nothing else for the view! Sure we bought some T-shirts and other items for the kids, but highlight was the view from one -if not the - highest points in St. Thomas. The windy road to get there is a bit challenging, but lots to see and... More

Beautiful views of the entire island, great food and very accommodative staff. We went during Jazz Night! They had live music, games and prizes as well. Overall a great atmosphere and family friendly environment. Beautiful and breathtaking views!

Huge assortment of every imaginable St Thomas souvenir, and as "home of the original banana daquiri" You're going to pay too much for one, but you've got to do it and keep the souvenir plastic hurricane glass! On the "up side" T-shirt selection was good, as well as other beach apparel and prices were not out of line. Best bit... More

Lots of things to buy if that's what you want, but this was part of tour of the Island, and the view is absolutely magnificent.

Highest peak on St Thomas, we took a private tour up to the top, very nice view of the North side of island, approx 1500 feet up, has a Gift shop and clean rest rooms, and if you feel like having a cocktail, they have that also. Tricky to find on your own, suggest to take a tour guide a... More

Looks like it was built in the 1950s and never touched again. Great view of the north side of the island from the balcony, but rest of place is worn and tired. Not sure it's worth the drive to get here.

Yes, it's huge and full of every kind of tacky souvenir you can think of, and many you haven't thought of. The view is nice of Magens Bay, but the view from one of the last zipline platforms (Tree Limin' Extreme, just below but not associated with Mountain Top) is a better territorial view. There were only 3 or 4... More
