We love this beach and enjoy it several times during each stay on the island. It is not always open however is a must see if it is open.

This place is so worth the drive, only open on the weekends , for a limited time during the year. This is a really beautiful location and the water and sand are perfect. Great way to spend the dayl.

Truly amazing beach and great refuge. I am so pleased to see this place protected by the government. The refuge and beach are only open a couple days of the week a few months of the year. The beach includes calm waters on one side of the point and some nice waves on the other. The smooth sandy bottom and... More

We were in St Croix for a week. We missed it the first Day we were there but it was the very last thing we did before leaving the island. It is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen in my life. Besides the strict hours, it is more accessible than some of the secluded beaches on... More

This national wildlife refuge is only open on weekends from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. from September through March, and is then closed April through August to allow the sea turtles to nest without being disturbed. The nearly 3-mile stretch of white sand beach is pristine. The sea is the most amazing color here and the water is actually so... More

We had the opportunity to walk the beach on a weekend when a cruise ship was not it port. I would highly recommend it as it was very peaceful. You could see the different levels of blue water as you looked out to sea. There was very little debris on the beach and it was easy to walk and let... More

We showed up a little before 10 on a Saturday and much to our surprise, the Ranger was right on time to open the gate and lead the caravan to one of the most pristine locations I have ever seen. Even with the limited hours there was more than enough room for everyone and still space for people to throw... More
