My wife and I were underwhelmed with this excursion. The catamaran picked us up at Buccaneer Hotel which was fun. The boat ride and staff for Big Beard's were great. The storms have left the beautiful reef without a big variety of fish and the...More

Turtle beach has lost a lot of sand due to Maria but we still had fun snorkeling and walking around there. Snorkeling the reef was quite the ultimate experience.

We took the 1/2 day trip through Big Braed's and loved every minute of it. The underwater trail, beach, marine life and views were amazing. We saw a sting ray, barracuda, sea turtle and other various fish and coral.

We had a wonderful private catamaran tour of the island on a beautiful day. Great spot for snorkeling and a very nice white sand beach and some shade for a picnic lunch. Captain Carl did a great job on the catamaran.

Snorkeling only. No diving allowed. Access by boats with permits only. There are several tour companies who go to Buck Island, ranging from $35 to $70 for a 3 hour tour. $70 is too much, in my opinion.

There are a number of tour companies who leave from Christiansted. Check them out individually. You can get taxis easily from Fredricksted to Christiansted at any time.
