This was a stop on an excursion we choose. The Botanical garden is lovely. Very easy to walk. Lots of shady spots along the way.

I visited in April which I believe is the dry season. It's a nice park to walk around in and they have pavilions for eating and shade. I didn't see too many flowering plants and bushes, but that may have just been the time of year. It doesn't take that long to visit so it's you can add it on... More

Very pretty botanic gardens with lots of tropical plants and trees (as expected). Delightful to walk around for an hour. We saw local school children having lessons under the trees, and lots of locals meandering through. Probably a must see in Port of Spain.

Spending some time here while visiting Trinidad was worth it. Relaxing and enjoyable walks along the gardens is not only fascinating but also interesting. A gardener's bliss!

Next to the zoo, the gardens are not extensive but are an easy stroll. There's no cost, so its worth taking the time to visit especially if you are starting at the nearby Hilton.

This little piece of heaven has been preserved in the heart of Port of Spain. It's a delightful location for wedding pictures as we often see newly weds posing here especially in a gazebo closer to Presidents house. Little kids dart about whilst their mums and dads picnic under the graceful shade of the immortelle at the top of a... More
