While anchored in Saline Bay, a visitor should go ashore for a hike. Destination choices aren't abundant, but this small church is worth the effort regardless of your faith. It is atop a hill that lies between Saline Bay and Salt Whistle Bay. The road is steep but is paved the whole way. Whoever built this church and chose the... More

This small catholic church has a wonderful mahogany ceiling. But the beauty is behind : panoramic view on Tobago Cays ... just sublime. In Mayreau, on each side of the island have beautiful beaches ... a bit abandoned but nice.

The walk up the hill from the bay on the only road on on the island is a little bit steep but achievable in your own time, the walk is about 25 minutes to the ridge and the church. After reaching the church and viewing the simple yet quaint interior don't miss the stunning panoramic views from around the back.

Certainly worth the short walk up the hill from Salt Whistle Bay. Rebuilt the last time in 1917. Stain glass and paintings. You don't have to be Catholic to appreciate it. Be sure to go around back for the view.

Cruise ship visit 25 Jan 2016. The church sits at the top of the steep steep hill betweeen the landing jetty and Saltwhistle Bay. Not a long, but certainly challenging, incline of some 400-500 yards. Small, well kept, wooden church estimated to hold about 100 people. No entrance fee but a donation box. Quaint, pretty, good views but nothing very... More

The Roman Catholic Church of the Immaculate Conception, built in 1917, is such a charming sanctuary. Whether you attend an 8 a.m. Sunday mass (at which you'll be genuinely welcomed), or stop to enjoy the breeze and spectacular views in the heat of a busy day, you're sure to feel amply rewarded for your climb up the hill from either... If you opt for the hike to the beach, you'll climb a steep road through town, where you'll find this church. Good place to catch your breath! Make sure that you go around the back to enjoy the view of Tobago Cays before you continue on to the beach.

The church is at the top of the hill on the main road. It is small but very beautiful inside. On the outside, walk around behind and you get a great view of many of the other islands around.

Visiting the church is a great excuse for a nice walk from one side of the island to the other; The church is at the top of the hill and is really worth the effort. It's pretty and is interesting. One of the main attractions of the privately owned island run by the owners who, unlike on Mustique, are nearly... More

This tiny church has an amazing setting and beautiful views. It is worth the climb. After some time at Robert's, you may just have some confessions.
