Perfect Happy New Year

I did here the 2017 happy new year party. If you are not very snob you will have a lot of fun : lobster on the grill, good rum, good reggae ... nice beach party

We anchored here overnight with our catamaran. Beautiful bay, calm waters and lovely view over the land to the other side of the island. Very nice swimming also, but not much in terms of snorkeling. Lovely beach to sit on and walk down. There are vendors on the south end of the beach. Lovely spot to anchor overnight.

Breathtakingly beautiful, in the low season the beach facilities are closed but the beach is still worth the visit

Forgot to say, when you do the Tobago Cays trip, you also go to Salt Whistle Bay. Amazing! No snorkeling, but you can walk 30 feet out in the bay in the remarkably clear water and still only be neck deep. So beautiful...

The natural beauty of this picturesque beach and bay was spoilt by the high commercialisation that seems to have mushroomed here. Nevertheless natural beauty still trumps man made activities.

Just drop anchor and jump into some of the clearest water I have come across. A real natural harbour for easy mooring, and an accessible beach bar if you need to relax.

After just leaving the Marine Park I didn't realize how wonderful this beach was until I'm home looking a the pictures. So thin you can see across to the windward side. Lots of Tee shirt vendors and a few bars that don't get cranked up until happy hour. Had lunch here on our way to overnight at Canouan. Climbed the... More

Fantastic beach. Sheltered and flat water and yet walk just a few metres to the windward side for a windy choppy bay , perfect for kite surfing or windsurfing. Great overnight anchorage with a few friendly bars. Good to chill out in a hammock during the day. Go there on Kalimba sailing yacht, or KalimbaToo powerboat

Nice spot to moor but too many boats for my liking. We walked around the beach and decided to take off for more peaceful surroundings.

There is something about waking up on your boat with a cup of coffee in your hand overlooking a narrow beach lined with coconut trees and ocean on either side. Since we were there in mid-May during the shoulder season, we were very fortunate to have the anchorage closest to the beach with no one in front of us. There... More
