I began my hike with my tour guide Adrian from Island Tours and Taxi at 7 am. We were the first onto the trail for the day, the quiet and serenity was wonderful. We were able to see monkeys playing in the trees, along with...More

Took this excursion through royal Caribbean cruise line and was the worst excursion I have ever been on. First off the guides were terrible (the girl and older gentlemen were fairly good), they didn't talk to us and never gave any info on the mountain...More

I did this hike as an excursion while on a cruise with my family. It was a really tough hike and involved lots of climbing and cardio activity. I hardly exercise and I do have asthma, so I didn't really expect myself to make it...More

I’m a student at Ross University on Saint Kitts. I’ve done this hike multiple times unguided with classmates of all sorts of skill levels. If you are going to spend money for a guide (which I recommend for those who aren’t from St. Kitts or...More

We booked this hike with Poinciana Tours before we went on our cruise. We are not "soaking up the sun on a beach" people! We like to hike the beautiful spaces on the islands we visit, and this got good reviews. There were 6 people...More

When you read a cruise ship description of an activity as strenuous, keep in mind their crowd is older or really young, and it's really not that strenuous. This however, really is strenuous. Steep inclines, rocks, roots, and thick air. I was caught a little...More

I booked online through Poinciana Tours. They were efficient and turned up to collect us when they said they would, although the bus got a puncture on the way to the volcano so we had to walk a bit before we started the hike. Hilton...More

This was a beautiful walk through the rainforest, to the top of the volcano. It is not a walk in the parc, so count on some serous climbing! But it's worth it! Even if the weather is cloudy as on the day we did the...More

No. Any guides you find there will already be hired/ working. Entrance to park/ trailhead seems pretty remote and noncommercial.
