Did a loop by hiking the footpath all the way along the bluff to Peters cave. Walked back by the road. The path is pretty rough and you do need to be in closed toed shoes and be in fair shape.

Although we love the footpath the end of it is very grown over. Maybe could use a cutting back to the trail as really couldn't even see a trail towards the end. It is a fabulous walk and is recommended but take mosquito spray and...More

Although it may not be suitable for the “very young, the elderly or, the infirm” as stated on the sign at the beginning of the trail, this walk is a pleasant one for those of us who do not fit into these categories. Some reviewers...More

Get off the beaten path and discover the lighthouse footpath. Great view and lots of history to take in.

Although this is a beautiful hike, the trail does disappear about half-mile in. We ended up doubling back and taking the road to get back to our pickup spot which, in the dead heat of mid-day, was a bit rough.

We have walked the lighthouse footpath several times. This time was unique as the wind was really strong. I actually loved it as the Christmas breeze kept us cool. We had my six year old grandson who got a little tired but there is always...More

We walked for about 20 minutes but then found it too rocky to proceed safely, so disappointed were not able to make it to see the boobies and turned back. Nice walk, but the path needs more work, ideally.

Go in the cool of the morning and hike out the trail along the cliffs. The boobies are all over the place with their adorable little fluffy white babies. They are easy to see from the trail and fun to watch.
