Beautiful colors and wonderful people
Mar 2020
We shopped at the lovely docking area for our cruise. The shopping was abundant and we had a lovely visit and would go back to stay longer. The view of the hills with the pastel colored housed was breathtaking.

not open since Hurricane Irma
Apr 2019
Sunny Caribbee was a wonderful place with great spices. I shopped there for thirty years. Since the hurricane and the death of the owner, it has not reopened . Don't know why tripadvisor still lists it. Get with it.

Shop and Gallery Closed, But Products Still Available
Mar 2019 • Couples
For the last several years we had been making our way on foot from the cruise port to the Sunny Caribbee Spice Shop & Art Gallery for a visit (what lovely smells, sights and tastes!) and an inevitable shopping spree. We were sad to discover that this spice shop and art gallery were severely affected by the hurricane in 2017, and are now closed. However, the attendant at the tourist desk in the port told us that some of the Sunny Caribbee products are now available elsewhere in the cruise port shopping complex. Will be worth exploring further on our next visit.

Went to many stores. Shoppers hole my favorite. So sad I can no longer get via mail. That is due to hurricane irma. Love everything they have!

Authentic Flavors!
May 2017 • Family
My family has sailed in the BVI's for decades and we NEVER miss a stop at Sunny Caribbee. We buy the Super Spice by the pound and give the Spices as Christmas presents to our cooking friends. I'm so saddened that the hurricanes of 2017 have them shut down...and my super spice stock is dangerously low?!! I also love the native artwork. We have several of the metal pieces and water colors!

Authentic island store
Feb 2017 • Couples
We first visited Sunny Caribee Spice in 1990 and it was great to get back last year. The art is charming and the fragrances unforgettable. We purchased wonderful colorful place mats during our first visit which bring us back to the islands everytime they are used. One of the best stores in the BVI.

Nice Place!
Jul 2017 • Couples
I bought some of the spices from the grocery store the day before. I read the review for them before we came to BVI, so I knew I wanted some. I was glad I went to the store tho...it was pretty nice. I spent $92 US. Worth the trip there.
