As other reviews have noted, Bike St. Lucia offers informative guides, a good mix of trail difficulties, and interesting local history. The trails offer different levels of challenge; if you can ride a bike, you'll be fine. Pro tips: 1. The walk up to the hillside church is worthwhile for the view (and for the trails that go deeper into... More

Had a good time on the bikes. Tyson was our guide and was great showing us around and letting us sample the many fruits growing around the estate. He was very informative about the history of the old sugar plantation buildings. He then let us loose to cycle on our own - none of the trails were particularly hard (did... More

If you are a mountain biker on holiday near Soufriere I recommend that you visit Bike St Lucia. The trails are short (1 lap about 1.4 miles) and not technically challenging but biking through a tropical rain forest is very cool. There is one black run which is called "Tinkers Trail" which is very steep. The bottom half is mostly... More

Tyson was our guide and he was very pleasant and informative. We enjoyed the part in which he took us on a little tour. Once he turned us loose to explore on our own, we found ourselves going in circles because we hadn't been given a map to be able to determine where the paths went and which would be... More

Had a super-fun family day at Anse Chastanet Resort. Boat ride from cruise port to the resort was fun, and gave us great views along the coastline. Got set up and taken around the bike trails by "Bike Tyson" (awesome local guide!), including a fascinating tour of the old sugar cane plantation buildings and reservoir, and sampling of fruits growing... We chose to stay at Anse Chastanet so that we could make use of the mountain biking and hiking at Anse Mamin. Our guide, Jovan was awesome and gave us a great tour of the sugar plantation. I think we were ready for more riding and thought the trails would be longer than what we covered. It's easy riding, if... More

My husband and I wanted a day of adventure along with relaxation and glad we elected this day trip. The boat ride from Marigot Bay to their resort just north of Soufriere was a scenic intro to our day. Lynn and crew provided clear directions and well organized arrangements for the 3 couples on board who requested various activities provided... More

Bike St.Lucia is the only one of its kind in the island. A must for the adventurous. Bike trails range from beginner to advance difficulty levels. Several packages available from the all-inclusive to the bring your own bike option. Highly recommended to all.

Although the biking itself might not be the greatest the entire experience is brilliant. We were picked up from our hotel at Rodney Bay and then whisked off down the coast to the beach at Anse Chastanet were we were met by our jungle biking guru Jovan. He got us all fitted onto bikes and then made sure the whole... More
