This is not a nice place. There is no authentic caribbean feel to it. You could be in Florida or a hot Blackpool or Phuket or a resort in Mallorca. Trying to find non-Anglo food is impossible. The beach is boring. Honestly, skip rod bay and go to Soufriere for a real Lucian experience.

We had a fun day here. For $10pp we went on a tube ride- super fun! They had a huge blow up obstacle course with trampoline and rock climbing wall for $13pp for 1 hour. The hour was enough time for us but if you want a longer time you can pay a little more for 1/2 or full day.... More

This is a beautiful running from miles from Sandals and the Pigeon Island south. Ringed by hotels and a public beaches there is always somewhere to sit and and talk to the locals who are all very friendly. This is a very safe part of a very very safe island. Don't forget to visit Pigeon Point National Trust Park for... More

Nice area to swim. The location is blocked more from the wind so the water isn't choppy. Visited the beach at Sandals Grande in that area.

We anchored here for over a week and the water sports were constant tons of restaurants on the beach and no shortage of activities. We even went to a paintball course set up for the cruise ship. Good fun
