Napoleon's wife had a statue erected, but when she re-instated slavery, the locals decapitated the statue.. Interesting, nothing outstanding,.

At first glance, I thought this park was underwhelming... a reasonably nice patch of green in the town square. But my kids spotted some swings near the trees and ran for them, and as we stood there in the shade watching them play, it was...More

Nice place to stroll near the Cruise Port. There are some restaurants and bars. The statues around the place are very interesting.

This is a very large park, with everything worth seeing in Fort de France just a few steps away. It's not a sight to see just on its own, but rather one to take in while you are seeing everything else in the city.

It's pretty much grass and 10 palm trees, no signs no nothing. Nice for a walk through FDF but nothing to come in particular.

Park area is a bit run down and the statue of Josephine has been vandalised but the night time street food stalls are high quality but pretty expensive.

It is no doubt an asset to have a large piece of greenery in the center of a city. But little is made of this as of now. There is a row of small kiosks selling food and drinks, and there is a small tourist...More
