It will be a magical, priceless memory to remember for a lifetime. In the waters of Mosquito Bay there are organisms named Pyrodinium bahamense, Dinoflagellates (dinos). These “dinos” are responsible for this amazing natural phenomenon. When the “dinos” come into contact with another organism or shaken...More

While it wasn't as spectacular as before the hurricanes it was magical nonetheless and we don't regret going to see it. Choose a smaller outfit so you get more time on the water to learn more. You need to know the organisms got washed out...More

I love their first class glass bottom kayaks and amazing staff! They give natural mosquito spray and a small talk about Vieques while on the bus and another talk about the bioluminescence and the stars while on the kayak! I really enjoyed it! They are...More

As many reviewers have said, the bay has not returned to its glory post-hurricane. We went in April 2018 and there’s not much to see at all besides tiny flickers of light here and there. Tour companies, like Fun Brothers, are not upfront with this...More

We went on this tour in April, 2018 with Blackbeard. In full disclosure, they are very up front in noting that the bay is not recovered (back to pre hurricane activity). when you book. They will only schedule tours when the moon is fairly dark....More

This was a true thrill of a life time. We were in clear kayaks and the colors were phenomenal. Just be sure to listen to the guides & don’t wear perfume, lotion, etc that will ruin the nature of that bay!

I called to book this excursion for a family of four. It was a night or two before the full moon. The gentleman who answered told me that he would not feel good about taking my money without telling me that the bay would be...More

It's not back to pre-Hurricane standards yet but it's still worth going. You can splash your hand in the water and still see flickering. Also, the stars are breathtaking!

Well when I looked for the photos online couple months ago, I said that I have to go there to visit. It was pretty windy that night so we spent about 30 mins on kayaking to the place where we can see the bios. When...More
