Panoramic views!

Loved this old tower. Bathrooms are there. Small gift shop. The steps are not strenuous, and the top is like being on a castle.

If you can climb stairs and not expect much in the way up the tower this a photographer dream , the views are amazing.

Nice to stop by and climb the 96 steps to the top bit even in the morning the view was covered by clouds. Also the steps going up are always wet and slippery. There is a telescope to look through and see your surroundings but there were too many people for me to get to it.

The view from this tower is well worth the climb. And given that no hike is required to access the tower, you'll be able to talk even the most stubborn of four year olds up! Bring a few quarters for the telescope at the top. And your camera to capture the gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside and distant Luquillo... More

Louis VIP Tours brought here on one of the stops and it was so worth the stairs, take them two at a time to be rewarded with breathtaking views. On a clear day you can see St. Thomas which is only 30 miles away and sometimes St. Croix which is 60 miles away. Definitely a photo op for an epic... More

The views from the bottom of the tower were nice, I would imagine they would be better up in the tower, but couldn't tell you as it closed at 4:30pm, so make sure you stop there on your way up the mountain instead of on your way down :)

This tower was easy to access. We went on a particularly rainy day and the top of the tower was up in a cloud so we couldn't see much. Might be more fun another day.

We didn't get to hike to the very top of the park, so climbing this well-preserved tower was an excellent close second for the panoramic view!
