We had a great time learning to salsa dance (go at 9pm for a free group lesson) and even more fun dancing like the night would never end. The live band was amazingly talented. There was very little English spoken as this is a place where the locals go to unwind, but everyone was very welcoming and the bar tenders... More

We were staying at Casablanca Hotel , right up the block and decided to give it a try. We have two teens and we thought that they were not going to let us in. We were wrong. What a blast! The band was great. The cover charge was five dollars, and very well worth it. It is also centrally located,... More

Great place if you like salsa and have a partner. Not so good just to hang out. It is tight and gets sweaty. Does not really get going till late, after 1:00 a.m., like most of San Juan.

If you want to get a table be there at 10pm. They have great plates for dinner and drinks. You can still have a table and not order anything. Cover was only $5.00 and they had live music which was too great. If you want to dance salsa, you have to come to his spot. Uber cars pick up here... More

This was a great place to hang out for the night in Old San Juan. Band was great and the people were extremely friendly. It doesn't look like much from the outside but a definite place to stop in for a drink.

Live music, and real salsa dancing class. It was a great experience. People were welcoming. It was a workout, I enjoyed the music. It was a full band. Nice Vibe. Be aware of "Map man" he hangs around club and this area. Preying on drunk tourist. He will have a map, directing you of places where to go. He has... More

It's very funny! On Wednesday and Friday you can join salsa lessons starting at 09.00 pm. At 10.00 pm live salsa music. Entrance is 5 euro. It's full of people dancing very well but you can try also if you are a beginner because anyone will help you. It's worthy to visit in Old San Juan

Right of San Francisco street after Plaza de Colon. $5 dollar cover, drinks are reasonable and the mojito is pretty good. No worries if you ain't Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, folks are just dancing for a good time. There are limited tables and chairs, so get there early. If not, the crowd spills over in the alley to take... More
