Very Nice... I enjoyed myself. The staff was very accommodating and the factory was very well maintained.

This is a good tour for fort historic tour value. We had a good guide Dennis. You get just enough on this tour. Great!

If you're going to Puerto Rico this would be a very nice excursion. If you also like history this is also perfect for you! The Bacardi Distillerys team is great! They are very knowledgeable about the history, very friendly. When you arrive at the distillery you're provided with 2 drink tickets, if you're into that type of liquor than this... More

Casa Don Q is closed. It is not a Factory, just a large room with some photos of how they make Rum and some history. At the end there is a small Bar where they give you a small tasting and information

Much smaller than the Bacardi Rum Factory but worth a stop. Located close to the docks and right next to old town, blue cobblestone streets San Juan, this little stop is a must for anyone who enjoys the flavors of rum! Pictures and tales on the walls take you through your history and then on to the tasting room! Get... More

We wanted to go on a tour after reading the reviews. But we called directly after having trouble with the website and were informed that they are not currently giving tours.

A quick stop by the Don Q facility is fun and informative with great tasting rum to sample and purchase. Easy to find right down from the ferry dock for the Bacardi tour and just down from the Sheraton for folks staying there. AC is cool, people warm and friendly, rum ready to go!

it's worth the short trip here. You will find some interesting facts reading the walls. It's next door to the visitors center so watch carefully you might miss it.Not as big or fancy as the Bacardi factory but still worth the stop.Don't forget your free drink also.

It's worth a short stop. This factory exibit provides short historical information, statues of Don Quixote and Sancho panza, and nice local rum. Receive a genorous portion of delicious rum to try - free! Nice place to visit, cool off, and buy local rum. (Note: the Bacardi rum factory is also very nice to visit! But a boat ride is... More

Stopped in late in the day just before they closed. Read through some of the history and such then went straight to the tasting. End result - three bottles (including the Grand Anejo) made it back with me.
