Beautiful cathedral

Stop in while walking through old San Juan. We were only here for a few minutes as they started closing the doors right after we arrived. This place is impressively beautiful.

SO Beautiful! My 9 year old was so fascinated with the detail of the decorations and the Christmas decor. I would suggest a visit.

This is the oldest building in San Juan, housed the first dioces in the new world, and has the tomb of Ponce de Leon inside. Just an absolutely gorgeous building to explore and take pictures of.

Visited cathedral as their Sunday service had just completed. Musicians were still performing which made the visit interesting.

Beautiful Church inside and out. Definitely one to look for while walking around Old San Juan. Great sitting/park area across the street to relax.

An experience worth sharing: the choir and the full court of priest including the Archbishop for the High Mass. The Cathedral was built in the early centuries and stands today as an abolute tribute to Puerto Rico. If you are planning a trip, plan a stop at the Cathedral.
