We searched el Viejo San Juan for this bar based on a friends recommendation and I'm glad we did. It's was a great start to a vacation. Don't miss it, it's off the beaten path. You think you are in Brooklyn, NY. The vibe is friendly, fun, latin music, dancing, great bar and bartenders and food if you get hungry.... More

We visited Old San Juan two years in a row, booked the same top shelf cocktail tour two years in a row with Spoon Food tours and ended up at this hip bar both times! "La Factoria". Caroline, our tour guide remembered that we had a good time at this spot and so we returned. You could pick any drink... More

Great, gritty, fun place to hang for a drink. Great service, even though it was really busy, eclectic crowd, lots of fun for late night. Definitely stop in. You will love it!

This was one of the highlights of our night out in San Juan. La Factoria was a labyrinth of several rooms each featuring different themes. There were a few standard bars, a room playing club music, a room playing Latin dance music. I couldn't even tell you all the styles of music playing through this huge place, but it was... More

This is my favorite spot in Old San Juan. Bartenders are so talented! They have craft cocktails and can pretty much put anything together- and it always tastes amazing. They also have yummy tapas and a great wine selection.

Stumbled across this bar and it blew our expectations. One of the best cocktails I jas in my entire stay in San Juan. The bar looks like a dive bar, but the bartender was exceptional. If you are in San Juan, you must stop in for a drink!

Went there last week with my wife for drinks. It was a little hard to find at first because there are several bars under La Factoria (Vino, Hijos de Borinquen). The premise behind this bar is different than most bars in PR: commitment to mixology, something they take serious, using bitters mixing different spirits, using different sweetners, juices, Mixing wines...
