Let me start off with my wife and I's prior experience on a Segway. Me - around five minutes. Her - zero. That being said, I will say this was absolutely popular with all four members of our party, and honestly one of my all...More

Seven of us, ranging in age from 14 to 52, took the tour. Although the younger ones in our group had ridden hover boards, none of us had played on a Segway. Nevertheless, the training session was enough to make each of us comfortable operating...More

This was my 4th segway tour. I've done one in St Louis, and two in DC. This one was fun. This is the only one where I was given an ear piece and that was awesome! We could hear the guide the entire way. He...More

This is the second time we have done this excursion from our ship, and we would do it again. I was very impressed with the improvements that had been made, such as: ear phones to hear the guide, more stops and more history, and very...More

The guide was very rude to me. I've never ridden a Segway. My husband so wanted to to ride one. It was for three hours. My guide told me he didn't think it was the ride for me, that I should not go. That would...More

I was over the weight limit and I wasn't allowed to ride, although I have ridden Segways before. It was humiliating and embarrassing. Then, they wouldn't refund my tour on top of that. This is a unkind business and I highly suggest not supporting them.

I would highly recommend the Segway Tour for anyone visiting San Juan. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and this type of tour allows you to see so much of the city in a short period of time. It is also great for all ages and...More

We arrived at Pier 2 about 30 minutes prior to the requested 9:45a arrival time so we had a coffee and sweet roll at the coffee shop next door. We booked a 2 hr. Segway tour (10a to noon). Annoying, yet not unusual...you always have...More

We routinely take a Segway tour as first order of business when visiting a new area - Great way to get the lay of the land and the guides usually give good advice on bars, restaurants, etc. We took the Fort Tour - 2 hours...More

What is the weight limit ? What is the cancellation policy if the ship is delayed or unable to dock?

250 pounds and they stick to that weight. You have to step on a scale. If they cancel you get refunded, if you did it through the ship, if you cancel they do not refund money. They will go in rain.. so be aware.
Does this tour stop by the national park? I would love to get my nation park book stamped while on this tour. Castillo San Felipe del Morro and Castillo San Cristobal

You would need to contact them directly, but I believe if ship is late the tour just starts when you arrive.
