Best deal, in town for breakfast and lunch. Delicious food, excellent coffee and great service. Eat like the locals, go to Selectos, and you won't be disappointed. Saturday and Sunday have special hot foods which are very good. Breakfast for 2 with coffee, cost us $7. The food and coffee here was better tasting than we had spending $80 in... More

Nice calmed beach, not as packed as others in the area if you like quite. Plenty of eating and drinking choices . Top seafood , paired with the relaxed feeling that the beach, the ocean are able to give you. Parking might be a little problem if you go there during long weekend so beware. Most of the restaurants will... More

Of your in the area a nice beach that is hard to find ( access between 2 buildings on 102 kilometre 11.7) look for it you'll find it - small beach but clean & natural ... Not for long walks about 1 km long - but shallow bring a cooler and wade untill sunset .

Joyuda is a good beach for snorkeling. Keep in mind that the closer to the beach the less clear the water is and there are times in the year where there is not visibility at all.

Magna's Cafe has authentic Puerto Rican food, such as emapandillas and sorrullos. The menu is limited but what they do have is really good, we visited it over 4 times during our stay. The owner is a really sweet guy and yes, he speaks some English. Enjoy!

We had the best dinner in Joyuda. We had an excellent seafood salad(conch, shrimp, lobster), crispy tostones(green plantains), and fish nuggets. Maga and David make you feel at home.

If you love the sea food this is the perfect place. In Joyudas you will find a variety of restaurants. Most of these restaurants have a beautiful view to the sea. In these restaurants you can admire the beautiful view of Ratones Island while eating delicious seafood. Ratones Island is a small island which has crystal clear water and a... More

Prior to our trip we researached some off the beaten track areas. We were delighted that we chose to explore this area. It was hard to select a restaurant, tere were so many fine choices. Wwe had a wonderful , beautifully served meal as we looked out on the water and enjoyed the ambiance.

Beautiful scenery, easy going and friendly people. It is unfortunate that the trash lining the Joyuda roads, the eyesores from abandoned structures and all sorts of junk cars and poor trash handling (including the local bussiness that want to attract tourist) makes a highly potential tourist destination not completely possible (even with a nearby golf course, marinas and good lodging...
