I was in Montego Bay for my birthday and we took a Day trip to Ocho Ríos. We absolutely loved the falls. It was a true authentic Jamaican experience. The locals were so helpful and the cost was free you just needed to tip the guides if they assisted you. I am planning to return again this year! Awesome Experience…

There's a few locals that hang out here selling items and drinks. There's also a few that will guide you up for tips. Much cheaper than Dunns and it has the cool water with the warm sea so you can experience both waters.

Myself, my husband and 2 adult children (ages 21 &22) visited this site whilst on holiday in Jamaica. The views were spectacular and the waterfall a great site to behold. Wear comfortable shoes (Trainers) and clothes as it is rocky with lots of water. Everything went well in the falls. However the woman at the entrance selling trinkets and cheap tatt stole money from me when i was trying to pay her for a bracelet as my way of supporting small businesses, as some of these people struggle to survive. After this experience my family and I have decided never to return to Jamaica. The island seems to be full of money making swindlers and thieves, which makes for a very unpleasant experience.…
