New to hipstrip was a Starbucks store right next door to Doctors Cave beach. I was so happy to see it there and the view from inside is awesome! Staff was super friendly and eager to please

This was terrible. It was just before 10am. There are loads of people calling to you and making it uncomfortable to walk down the strip. We only went in shops were we weren’t bothered on the street. Very run down and really not worth visiting....More

The hipstrip is a vendorstreet with giftshops, all selling the same stuff. Too bad theres nothing nice to buy. The vendors are annoying. It's not worth it.

The villa we rented came with a guy that was both driver and body guard and I was glad I had him sort of lurking behind me, because some of the shop keepers were super aggressive and I felt a little unsafe a few times....More

While it was very interesting on the Hip Strip, you need to stay together and know that the people who work this strip are very aggressive. They want you in their shop and they want you to buy!

We wanted to encourage the locals. This street most store are owned by indian or chinese. Weird. I prefer to deal with artists directly..

Always a very busy hectic mainly locals, not too much for tourists, some American style fast food like KFC, and Burger King, tons of traffic and not good if you are personally driving, better to take a local bus or taxi for a drop off.
