This was a wonderful day out. We travelled up into the moutains and went through many villages. So we got to see alot of "normal" life in Jamaica. It was a Sunday, and there were alot of people walking to and from church in their Sunday Best. The actual Nine Mile village is very remote, but it is a wonderful... More

We wanted to do something different. I love bob's music but I guess not a die hard fan. It was a VERY scary ride there, and very long! We almost crashed into a mack truck twice and I really thought it was the end a few times lol. Once you get there they allow you to purchase weed at the... More

My husband and I booked the Nine Mile tour at our resort. The lady and the transportation desk at our hotel, Jewel Paradise Cove, said to have an open mind on the tour. We read the flyer and were excited about the tour and it didn't disappoint. The ride from the resort was bumpy and a bit scary at times.... More

They left out so much about Bob , I just think , true rastas don't drink alcohol why is there a bar? It. Seemed to be more a of a business than a place of rest. The staff was nice.

We were looking for a different kind of excursion and the group decided on this, bus ride from Bahia Principe was 45 mins and bumpy but we knew it would be. The guide on the bus provided lots of info all the way there about the Rasta religion and the Jamcian culture. Once at 9 mile we had a different... More

Decided to visit Nine Mile through Thomson at our hotel, the total price for 2 adults was 150USD (was around £70 per person). We were picked up from the hotel via mini bus and it took around a hour to get to nine mile. On arrival we were greeted by rasta's selling spliffs and hash cake, I thought to myself... More

A lot of the below reviews are pretty much spot on. The long, winding journey up the mountains along the worst pot hole ridden roads most of us will ever encounter is uncomfortable. If you have any king of pre existing neck or back injury then this probably isn't going to be a tour for you. However when you finally... More

This was my favorite attraction from my Jamaican vacation. The drive up to nine mile is filled with scenic beauty, giving a feeling of peace, to even the haziest mind. For those looking to toke and enjoy lots of what jamaica has to offer you merely do so before entering the place. Toking is encouraged and completely acceptable, even inside... More
