I wish I read review before We went there. We took a swimming with dolphins and I was shocked when Realized that those training one actually was already a swimming 🤦🏼‍♀️😵😰 I was expecting at least really a swim a little bit. But this is was not the worst thing, after that they given a price for pictures OMG it’s even more expensive then ✌🏻swimming with dolphins✌🏻 and the pictures was so so not even really good 😣 I was so much upset for throwing out money and time plus at the final we didn’t get any pictures. Because I liked only 6 from 50 and I was not ready to pay for those 6 pic $150. If you want to take by pic it will cost you $39 per picture 🤬🤬🤬🤬 So I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

Ok , so the actual swimming with dolphins and all the other stuff was great . The prices were unbelievably high and the pictures we got were soso . So the main problem is with the pricing . We paid 150 each for the tour , and our hotel guide that sold us the package said $ 50-100 for the pictures. We ended up paying another 150 for the pictures and , that did not even include the whole trip . The Picture with parrots and picture with a stingray would have been an additional $ 100. So that would have made a grand total of $ 550 . We complained to the hotel employee that told us he was sorry and that they must have raised the prices again . We would have liked the stingray picture but enough is enough. The film is from the whole group witch is really not what you want either, it should be just from us . They had plenty of time to do that. !

Perhaps due to the Covid-19 pandemic this place is suffering, the facility wasn’t well kept and I felt bad for the marine life swimming in poor conditions. You can smell and see fuel on the water surface and the water was too cloudy to see anything. Not the typical Punta Cana clear waters. Be prepared to spend some serious cash for pictures because it will cost you an arm and a leg. The encounter was excellent, the staff was nice and attentive, however you are not allowed to bring recoding devices of any type because they will charge you a fortune for your pictures that they are responsible for taking. I’ve learned the hard ways about the Dominican sales force. It can turn your fan holiday into a frustrating game of thrones!

This is a stellar experience and so worth the money. However the picture prices $200 usd for one picture are insane. I am would have bought several pictures but at that price we will go somewhere else

What an amazing experience! We got to hold a stingray, then spent about an hour with a pair of dolphins. We got to do several tricks with them including petting and having them jump over our heads. I got two dolphin rides, and my wife got 3. After that we snorkeled with stingrays and sharks. Next up was a wild bird show where the land and sit on your hands and head. And after that was a seal show. Great experience!
